HOW TO Redeem your FREE NIGHT Offer:

  1. Sign up to become a Member of the Facebook Group “Caravan & Camping in Queensland” with Facebook address https://www.facebook.com/groups/caravancampingqld

  2. Go to the Bookings section on this webpage and make your reservation ensuring you have booked at least 2 consecutive nights. Do NOT book the date you would like to use as your FREE NIGHT - this will be reserved manually on the calendar by our friendly staff.

  3. Contact us either via the form on our CONTACT US page on the webpage or the chat option on the webpage to let us know which date you would like us to allocate for your FREE NIGHT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE FREE NIGHT OFFER

General

  • The FREE NIGHT OFFER reservation ends 30 September 2021 with a booking window until 10 December 2021.

  • The FREE NIGHT OFFER entitles any member of the Facebook Group “Caravan & Camping in Queensland” with the Facebook address https://www.facebook.com/groups/caravancampingqld to receive 1 (one) night’s booking free when they book through this website for a minimum of 2 (two) consecutive nights for any Off-Peak Season dates prior to the 10th of December 2021 and Reserve and Pay the full price of the reservation prior to 30 September 2021. 

  • The free night must be the same type of campsite (for example unpowered site booking will receive 1 night free on an unpowered campsite).

  • The free night may be booked at another time in the calendar year (if not redeemed with the initial booking) year but expires within 12 months of the date of the initial booking.

  • The free night can be redeemed during any Off-peak season date that is available on the calendar.

  • The Free night may be booked before or after another paid booking if not used with the initial booking made by the 30th September 2021.

  • One member is only entitled to a SINGLE offer.

  • There are a limited number of FREE NIGHT offers available.

  • The FREE NIGHT may not be exchanged for cash.

  • Managers may choose to waive any fees at their discretion.

  • If found that the FREE NIGHT Offer has been misused, the booking will be cancelled without a refund.

Upgrade

  • The reservation for both the initial and the free night booking (if on a different date) may be upgraded without extra charge. In this case, the Free Night will incur additional charges to cover the difference only.

  • If an upgrade is made to a Powered Site, the daily additional charge will be $10.
