Launch your boat at Walker's Point adjacent to our park. The ramp has a two-lane concrete ramp with all tide access and also a good night time fishing spot. From here you have easy deep water access with the open ocean and Fraser Island only minutes away.

There are toilets, water, rubbish bins and a picnic area as well with a gorgeous sandy beach.

To access the ramp, from Caravan & Camping in Queensland, turn right into Walkers Point Road which changes to Manley Smith Drive. It's only 750 meters away.

GPS Coordinates -25.17010203,152.590973, 6 kilometres south south-east of Woodgate. Google incorrectly lists the town as Woodgate so the best way to find Walker's Point is to select Manley Smith Drive at Woodgate.

Please be aware that Heidkes Road which is a southerly exit off Woodgate Road 8kms west of Woodgate is a 4WD track and is not recommended as a means of accessing Walker's Point.

Also, note that there are two Walkers Points in the Wide Bay-Burnett region of Queensland. The other has a postcode 4650 and is in Maryborough. Our postcode is 4660.
